：Gachi Akuta: The city, where the civilized classes live, and the slums, where generations of criminals gather, are daily humiliated and despised, called trash, a hideous "ethnic group." Two dark sides of society are separated by towering walls, and beneath them – the Abyss – is a garbage dump where criminals are exiled. Even the slum dwellers, accustomed to filth, still fear this place. An orphan boy, Rudo, lives in the slums with his foster father, Regto, surviving by engaging in criminal activities. Despite Regto's pleas, Rudo refuses to stop, believing it's the only way to earn money and support Regto for raising him. But one day, upon returning home, the familiar sights were replaced by a scene he could not believe. Regto had been murdered, and he had been accused of the murder. Sent to the Abyss—that hideous hell—Rudo screamed, vowing with all the anger and despair within him that he would surely kill the murderer and destroy all those who had accused him of killing his family.
